MuleSoft Integration and Support Services

Specialist MuleSoft support for teams building on Anypoint Platform and for the estates already running on it
architecture built to survive production

Integrations that hold up under real load — not just in a demo environment.

Why Enterprises Run Integration on MuleSoft

One Platform for Every Connection

Replace a patchwork of point-to-point scripts, aging middleware and scheduled jobs with one runtime, one deployment model and one place to see what ran, what failed and why.

API-Led Connectivity by Design

System, process and experience APIs, so the second project reuses what the first one built. The alternative is a new integration every time someone needs the same customer record.

Agent-Ready by Default

Anypoint Platform supports Model Context Protocol, so the APIs you build for integration can be exposed to AI agents as governed actions rather than rebuilt as a separate stack.

Comprehensive MuleSoft Services

Delivery support and team augmentation

MuleSoft engineers working inside your delivery — alongside your own team or your systems integrator. Flow and DataWeave development against an agreed design, environment and deployment setup, and troubleshooting the interfaces that stall. The programme stays yours.

Code review, testing and release support

A second pair of eyes before things reach production. Review of flows, DataWeave transformations and error handling, integration and regression testing, and release support across dev, test and prod so a deployment doesn't become an incident.

API management and policy operations

Day-to-day operation of API Manager and Flex Gateway — client ID enforcement, OAuth, rate limiting and spike control, plus versioning and keeping the Exchange catalogue current so your APIs stay consumable as teams come and go.

Migration and cutover support

Support for a move off aging middleware or one-off scripts: parallel-run monitoring, output reconciliation between old and new, and hands on the interfaces during cutover weekends when something inevitably needs attention at 2am.

Application maintenance and support

Three levels. Support only: monitoring, incident response, SLA-backed resolution. Managed: that plus runtime patching, connector and API version changes, and performance tuning. Embedded: a Resident Tech Lead inside your team.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Tell us what's running, what's going in, and where it hurts. We'll come back with what support would look like and what it would cover.

What We Look After

The parts of a MuleSoft estate that decide whether it stays cheap to run or slowly becomes the thing nobody wants to touch.

System API reuse

Estates drift toward three different APIs hitting the same ERP table. We track what exists, flag the duplication, and keep Anypoint Exchange current so the next team consumes what's already there instead of opening another connection.

Transformation and mapping libraries

Shared DataWeave modules for the records you move most — customer and account data, order line items, chart-of-accounts mappings. Versioned and maintained centrally, so a field change is one edit rather than a hunt through every flow.

Error handling and reconciliation

Retries, dead-letter handling and reconciliation reporting applied consistently across the estate. Failures surface as alerts with context rather than as gaps someone finds during an audit six months later.

Security and API policy baseline

One policy set enforced at the gateway rather than reinvented per API: client ID enforcement, OAuth, rate limiting, spike control, payload validation, and masking for records carrying personal data.

Agent-ready APIs

Anypoint Platform can expose existing APIs to AI agents as governed MCP actions. We keep that surface monitored and scoped, so agents act through the same authentication, rate limits and audit trail as every other consumer.

Why Partner With Us

We fit your delivery model

Your internal team, your systems integrator, or a mix of both — we work inside the setup you already have. No requirement to restructure the programme around us.

Your team keeps ownership

We follow your naming, branching and documentation conventions, and write down what we touch. Nothing we do should make you more dependent on us than you were the month before.

Predictable response, not best effort

Agreed SLAs, named engineers and a defined escalation path. An incident at 2am follows a process rather than a phone tree, and you know who picked it up.

We stay on the logs

Support, managed services or an embedded Resident Tech Lead. Whichever level you choose, the same people stay with the estate rather than rotating off once the ticket queue looks quiet.

Comprehensive security with end-to-end encryption, key rotation, EKM, container isolation, and automatic updates.
Built once, reused everywhere
System APIs built for the first project get reused by the next one, instead of a fresh integration every time another team needs the same record.

MuleSoft Support for Enterprise Integration

MuleSoft is a capable platform, but an integration estate is only as good as the people watching it. Linksoft works to your process rather than ours, keeps the knowledge with your engineers, and stays on the logs long after go-live.

MuleSoft Integration FAQs

What does Linksoft's MuleSoft support service include?

+

Two phases of the same practice. During a build, we supply MuleSoft engineers into your delivery — flow and DataWeave development against an agreed design, code review, environment and deployment support, and integration testing. Once you're live, we take on the run: monitoring and alerting, incident response against agreed SLAs, runtime patching, connector and API version changes, API Manager policy operations and performance tuning. Scope flexes from first-line cover on a handful of interfaces to an embedded Resident Tech Lead.

What systems can you integrate with MuleSoft — ERP, CRM, HR, finance and legacy applications?

+

All of the above. Anypoint Exchange ships connectors covering SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Jira, major databases and most common SaaS platforms. For anything without one — homegrown apps, on-prem ERPs, older databases — we build custom connectors with the Mule SDK, or connect over REST, SOAP, JDBC or file transfer. In practice, if a system has an API, a database or a file drop, we can integrate it.

How do you decide between an Anypoint connector and a custom-built one?

+

The existing connector wins by default: maintained by MuleSoft, easier to support, and one less thing that breaks on a runtime upgrade. Custom is warranted when the connector doesn't cover the objects or operations you need, when the system is homegrown or on-prem, or when rate limits and auth requirements demand specific handling. We'll tell you the long-term maintenance cost of each option, since we're usually the ones who end up maintaining it.

Can you support a MuleSoft build that another partner is delivering?

+

Yes — that's a common arrangement. We work alongside your systems integrator or internal team, taking on flow and DataWeave development against the agreed design, environment and deployment setup, integration testing, and the interfaces that are running late. Ownership of the programme and the architecture stays where it is. We fit into your existing ceremonies, tooling and branching model rather than asking you to adopt ours.

Can you migrate our existing middleware or point-to-point integrations to MuleSoft without downtime?

+

We support cutovers rather than run the migration itself. In practice that means monitoring the parallel run, reconciling outputs between the old and new interfaces until they match, and having engineers on hand during the switch-over window. Some systems have hard constraints — single-session API limits, webhook endpoints that can only point one place — where a short planned outage is unavoidable; those are worth identifying early so cutover night holds no surprises.

How quickly can you pick up a MuleSoft estate you didn't build?

+

Typically two to four weeks to reach first-line coverage, depending on how much is documented. We start by inventorying what's deployed, which flows are business-critical, where the alerts currently go and who gets called today. Undocumented interfaces are the long pole, so we work through them in priority order and write up what we find as we go. You get a coverage map showing what we can support now and what still needs discovery, rather than a blanket claim on day one.

What ongoing support or managed services do you provide after go-live?

+

Three levels, depending on how much you want to own. Support-only: monitoring, incident response and SLA-backed resolution for existing integrations. Managed: that plus runtime patching, connector and API version changes, and performance tuning as your systems evolve. Embedded: a Resident Tech Lead working inside your team on integration and wider platform work. Most clients start with support during the first months post-go-live, then either scale up as integration volume grows or take it in-house once their team is confident.
